Update.

So I've gained weight. I'd say 10 maybe 15 pounds. My aversion to scales leaves me in the dark for the most part, but I can't deny my reflection in the mirror.

I need to start thinking of my weight as a starting point. I have SO many tools available to me and I am just refusing to use them. The break up has definitely contributed to my gain. 

I need to set small goals for myself. Just little ones. Especially to work on my willpower. How do you set goals? What do you find helpful?
