Happy Anniversary!

Hi Friends!

Trev and I celebrated our 2nd anniversary on the 8th by dressing up and going to the casino. In our neck of the woods its difficult to drive more than 40 miles without driving past a casino, but we went to one we haven't been to before. 

The sass-factor is HIGH!

We made eyes over chicken strips and fried cheese. The cheese was super surprising. Think of a toasted cheese sandwich but, you know, real thin bread and then deep fried. Heaven.

I need to figure out how to make something similar at home. Well... I probably don't NEED to, but I really want some. :)
