I LOVE my spinach salad. During my weight-loss journey I have had to make multiple changes to the way that I eat food. Delighting in veggies was strange at first, but has become second nature.

- 1 bag baby spinach
- 4T Raspberry vinaigrette (we like our food a little saucy, adjust to your preference)
- 1/2C Cotija cheese (again, adjust as needed)
- Some sliced strawberries (we tried raspberries but they were way too sour)
- Lil salt ‘n peppa
